    Position Profile

    The co-ordinator provides administrative, organizational and logistic support to the medical affairs organisation.

    Essential Functions

    • Provide efficient administrative, organizational and logistic support where required
    • Updating, and populating excel spreadsheets in line with project and event requirements
    • Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate in a manner that would support Company values
    • Support in proof reading, updating presentations and documents as required
    • Lunch time cover for reception and receptionist function on an ad hoc basis
    • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders

    Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    • Proven experience in administrative support
    • Experience of supporting event planning and associated logistics
    • Ability to multi task successfully in a fast paced deadlines driven environment
    • Ability to confidently work on own initiative
    • Be resourceful, proactive, assertive and self-motivated
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Computer literacy at advanced level to include Adobe/Excel/PowerPoint
    • High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
    • A confidential  approach and discretion are key attributes of this role

    Required/Preferred Education and Licenses

    • At minimum GCSE qualifications or relevant experience

    This role is ideally full time but would consider flexible working for the right candidate

    Description of Physical Demands

    • Responsibilities may require working outside of “normal” hours, in order to meet business demands.
