The Associate Director, Compensation will provide strategic, technical and analytical support in regard to a variety of global compensation programs, including broad-based compensation, incentive/variable and equity compensation primarily for EU/RoW with support to U.S., as needed, in addition to supporting the efforts of Global Benefits and Well-being programs.
Essential Job Functions:
Support the compensation annual process, with oversight from the Compensation team, including, but not limited to conducting training sessions for managers and employees on compensation philosophy and how to use the compensation system, including accompanying tools, tool enhancements, data analysis to establish recommendations, follow-up with managers, as necessary, execution of compensation annual decisions and all accompanying communications, as appropriate.
This role collaborates closely with Global Compensation and Benefits Team, Talent Acquisition, HRBPs (both in the U.S. and EU/RoW), HRIS , IT, Legal and Payroll to ensure efficient and effective management of compensation across the organization.
In addition, this position will support the Global Benefits and Well-being initiatives collaborating with these same teams, as well.
Execute competitive compensation market analyses, as well as internal equity analyses, to ensure both market competitive and internal equitable practices established throughout the company.
Will manage special projects and produce recommendations, as needed, to meet the local business needs.
Support the global Compensation and Benefits team with managing local processes, including, but not limited to, benchmarking to surveys and external resources, competitive assessment and development and maintenance of compensation guidelines and data analysis in support of compensation tools; will work closely with EU/RoW HR colleagues on these endeavors.
Support activities to develop, implement and administer compensation policies and programs, including, when necessary, auditing jobs for content and preparing job descriptions reflecting job responsibilities, activities, duties and requirements.
Review and make recommendations for proposed salary adjustments in alignment with established guidelines, policies and practices.
Recommend corrective or alternative actions to resolve compensation-related problems.
Formulate recommendations regarding job revisions and organizational structures locally; maintain job code data and salary range models.
Assist HRBPs and TAq with job requisitions to ensure accurate and timely benchmarking analyses get completed.
Support Global Compensation Team with various compensation analyses relating to job-leveling, titling, base salary, promotion and adjustment increases, incentive and equity compensation programs, during merit and mid-year compensation cycles and ongoing, as well.
Responsible for participation in local compensation surveys.
Ensure accurate maintenance of compensation data through HR Workday system, liaising with HRIS lead as necessary to ensure updates and system refinements are delivered.

• 5+ years relevant experience in total-compensation research, analysis and reporting
