Position Profile

Talent & HR Advisor will provide support in a dual capacity both HR and TAq team as they drive attraction to deliver the best and brightest to our company, as well as provide world-class HR business support.  The Talent & HR Advisor will deliver high quality support services to TAq Partners, Hiring Mangers, HR Business Partners and candidates to further advance the Jazz Pharmaceuticals brand across numerous markets.

Core Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal colleagues to deliver recruitment and HR business support services within the assigned customer group.
  • Partner with TAq Partners, hiring managers, and HR business Partners to understand the needs of business and develop staffing support plans to support current hiring needs and future growth.
  • Manage the front to back requisition process, ensuring requisitions are opened data is accurate, positions are posted utilizing the appropriate branding and sources for role.
  • Handle all candidate scheduling and interview travel; provide appropriate data to both the candidate and hiring managers so they are prepared for interview
  • In conjunction with TAq Partner, prepare candidates for interviewing with Jazz Pharmaceuticals and specific hiring managers by providing detailed information on the company, business strategy, organization, benefits and job descriptions.
  • Proactively manage communications with candidates, keeping individuals informed and engaged throughout the interview process acting as a steward of positive candidate experience
  • Work closely with other members of the recruiting team to ensure all applicant information is updated in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure being audit-ready at all times
  • Conduct pre-offer reference checks on viable candidates
  • Manage the offer and onboarding process to include; offer letters, application, background check (initiation, review and when necessary investigation and adverse process), candidate communication as well as departmental and Hiring manager notifications of start
  • Actively participate in all TAq Ops special programs to include; Branding/Advertising development, New Hire Orientation development/administration/maintenance, Internship Program, Diversity & Inclusion
  • Handle all Agency, Contracting and PO requests for assigned group
  • Processing of all employee health insurance and benefits documentation
  • Coordination and administration of contingent worker program and contingent worker requests
  • Communication of payroll information to new hires and responding to inquiries from current employees

Role Requirements

  • 2+ years recruiting or HR business support experience a plus
  • A strong process orientation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to establish and maintain effective relationships throughout the organization
  • Ability to effectively manage tasks, including following up on outstanding action items
  • Exercises discretion when dealing with sensitive information regarding candidates and employees
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with reasonable accommodation

Desired Previous Job Experience

  • Experience supporting HR or Recruiting in Pharma Market a plus
  • Experience using iCIMS ATS 

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience
